Dr Emma Stone (Environmental advisor).  Emma holds a PhD on the Impact of Development on Bats from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Conservation Biology from the Manchester Metropolitan University.  Widely published, Emma has a proven conservation and biodiversity track record across a 20 year career.  In addition to supporting MML, Emma is overseeing a number of post doctorate research projects including experimental approaches to mitigate human-wildlife contact.

Recently she founded and manage Conservation Research Africa (CRA), a research charity based in Malawi where she manages a successful multidisciplinary research programme assessing the impacts of global environmental change (GEC) on wildlife and society.
