Greem Sichone (Chief Financial Officer). Trained at the Malawi College of Accounting he is on the cusp of achieving chartered status. Greem has been CFO of MML since 2017 and brings a breadth of experience to this role. Career highlights include leading financial planning for Project Green Peace and permanent senior accounting roles with Save the Children and Sight Savers International. He has directly managed project budgets in excess of $3 million that have reported to both the UN and USAID and has a consistent track record of ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. Personable and extremely credible, in addition to his financial responsibilities Greem undertakes key smallholder stakeholder engagement that provides the foundation upon which MML’s smallholder programme is based.
